Position Title: Urgent Care PhysicianLocation: Philadelphia, PASpecialty/Setting: Urgent Care ClinicSchedule: 7 shifts every two weeks, totaling 14-15 shifts per month.Hours: Weekdays 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, Weekends 8:00 am - 5:00 pmIdeal Start Date: ImmediatePatient Volume: Approximately 30-35 patients per dayJob Requirements:- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine- Must have experience treating patients of all ages- DOT Certification preferred (Can be obtained after hiring)Compensation: 120$ per hourBenefits: Full benefits package includedPosition Type: PermanentResponsibilities:- Provide timely and compassionate medical care to urgent care patients- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and medical assessments- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute medical conditions- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as necessary- Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in the electronic health record systemQualifications:- Medical degree from an accredited medical school- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine- Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Pennsylvania- DEA registration and ability to prescribe controlled substances- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentIf you are a compassionate and experienced Urgent Care Physician looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives, we encourage you to apply now!
