About the Team The RevOps Data Management Team is charted to enable outcomes in the Go-To-Market through data and operational processes. While many collaborate across Workday to embed data thoughtfully in all we do - we represent RevOps (broader Sales) needs and data domains by owning projects and processes for Core Data Management (Master Data or Operational), Data Enrichment, and Data Quality management. Our team is global, with a Director and Program Manager in Pleasanton California, Data Stewards in Dublin Ireland, and a mighty Data Operations that performs many of our processes in Warsaw Poland, and now expanding roles in Atlanta! About the Role In this role, you will be the go-to-person and representation for our team within cross-functional projects and team owned critical data quality processes spanning the transactional sales data domains. This includes projects that are focused on optimizing our Opportunity Data (ex: Bookings/ARR/ACV) and Product Data (ex: Product Hierarchies and related Customer Entitlements), as well as tackle exciting tasks and projects within the Merger, Acquisition, and Partner areas periodically. About You Key Responsibilities Develop business partner relationships to define requirements across diverse groups and topics. Create & improve Core Data Management processes that meet quality and scale requirements. Participate in detailed efforts to optimize Opportunity, Bookings, Product, Contracts, and Entitlement Data. Train, collaborate, and gather feedback from Data Operations Analysts & stakeholders on quality processes. Develop data enrichment (or quality) strategies, rulesets, and advise on technical designs & consumption. Discover and recommend use of internal and external data sets and best practices with eye for innovation. Complete detailed data quality analysis, process investigation, develop recommendations & remediation plans. Maintain documentation & coordinate decisions related to data definitions, policies, processes, and projects. Create or partner on the development of reporting & monitoring of data processes & project KPIs. Basic Qualifications 8+ years' experience in Data Quality Management, Enrichment, or GTM Operations 3+ years Demonstrable knowledge, experience, and expertise with Sales Transaction data domains. 3+ years Solid experience with transaction data processes & systems that generate data (CRM, CPQ, CLM). 3+ years experience with B2B Sales motions in Software, Technology, or related industry. 3+ years of superb communication and presentation skills, including proven ability to engage with Sr Leadership (Dir, VP & SVP). 3+ years experience in critical role supporting a sophisticated program with multiple partners. Other Qualifications Passionate, energic, and willing to think creatively or pragmatically to solve of problem an asset. Experience with other Sales Data Domains (Leads, Contacts, and Account Data) a plus. Experience with MDM, Data Enrichment, CRM applications (ex: Reltio, ZoomInfo, D&B, Salesforce, or similar) a plus. Experience with common Sales, Marketing, and CX applications consuming & creating data a plus Bachelor's degree in business, Data & Information Systems, or Technical Field preferred. Basic understanding of formal Business Intelligence requirements, platforms, and challenges. Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
