Come join our growing team! About the RoleThe Director is responsible for ensuring the quality, timeliness, and profitability of client projects. They will lead a team of project managers, consultants, and analysts, and will collaborate with senior leaders, sales, and operations teams. They will also contribute to the strategic direction, innovation, and growth of the firm.Expectations & DutiesLeadership and Team Development· Manage the delivery of multiple client projects across various industries and domains, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.· Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the delivery team, and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and client satisfaction.Technical Expertise· Develop and implement best practices, methodologies, and tools for project management and delivery.· Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and best practices in the financial advisory industry, and provide thought leadership and insights to clients and internal teams.Business Development· Support the business development and sales teams in scoping, proposing, and closing new projects and expanding existing accounts.Key Competencies Required for Success 1. Drive/energyRequired Education & Experience· Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.· At least 10 years of experience in project management and delivery in the financial advisory industry, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.· Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, high-value, and high-impact projects for clients across various industries and domains.· Prior successful experience as a CFO or VP of Finance is preferred. · Strong knowledge and expertise in private equity financial advisory services, such as valuation, due diligence, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategy.· Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and inspire teams and clients.· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.· Proficient in project management software, tools, and methodologies.· Willingness and ability to travel as required.E78 Partners is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
