What you'll do: * Responsible for proper operating and maintenance of coating equipment and operation of the oven, accountable for the quality of his/her duties, under supervision. * Services, sets-up, operates, maintains, adjusts, makes changeovers, and wash-up. Performs these duties to maintain maximum production efficiency and product quality. * Diagnoses mechanical and quality problems. Determines necessary repairs and restores defective equipment to service with minimum amount of spoilage and delays. * Maintains reports and records production and changeovers as required and/or directed. * Maintains working area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
